Job Duties- Use state of the art listening technologies to sweep and continuously monitor online conversations for our clients

- Use proprietary conversation management tool to help develop brand-relevant and interesting topics of conversation
- Compose suggested posts for all major social platforms

Interactive Analyst

The Interactive Analyst will assist in the development of measurable marketing strategies and then drive the process of measuring everything we do for our clients – enhancing both the real and perceived value of our reports/findings. This includes establishing metrics and plans for measurement, complete implementation, timely and user-friendly reporting (internal and external), analysis of data, deriving implications and making recommendations.
The Interactive Analyst must also drive the implementation and measurement of our marketing automation capability. This includes development of strategy, creation of rules and tracking of all activities and results.
Measurement & Analytics Skills- Aggregate data for interactive advertising campaigns, present findings in designated templates (still to be conceived and built), and prepare preliminary performance evaluations and recommendations for media optimization.
- Model data sets and validate output.
- Perform analysis within the social graph and conversation monitoring/buzz measurement.
- Analyze performance metrics and evaluate using historical and industry-vertical benchmarks, creative optimization, pacing against delivery, rich media performance.
- Maintain reporting schedules for weekly and bi-weekly dashboards and post mortem decks as well as prompt and accurate responses to ad-hoc client requests. Reporting is focused on providing a holistic view and yielding insights
- Disseminate information, implications and recommendations to media, account, and creative teams and ultimately the client regarding performance and ROI.
- Develop predictive models and goals to guide performance expectations and model outcomes.
Technical Skills- Use and understanding of enterprise web analytic systems, marketing automation, CRM and social media tools.
- Advanced understanding of web analytics tools – pathing, tracking code retrieval for marketing programs, best practices for implementation.
- Advanced use of Excel (pivot tables, charts and graphs, macros, formulas and functions (LOOKUPS), filtering.
- Use of SQL and Access.
- Basic HTML, CSS & Javascript.
- Expertise in gathering qualitative and quantitative data, developing reports, and creating client presentations that are insight-driven and tell a story.
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen are a must along with the ability to be detail- and deadline-oriented while managing multiple projects.
People Skills- Must be a team player who plays well with others, instills enthusiasm in others and contributes to a positive workplace
